The Imaging Services department encompasses X-ray, CT, MRI, General Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Interventional Radiology. Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently perform procedures, adapt to changes, and manage tasks effectively.
  • Exhibit proficiency in patient positioning, equipment calibration, image processing, and history collection.
  • Demonstrate technical skills, adhere to safety protocols, and engage in ongoing education.
  • Maintain confidentiality, utilize decision-making abilities, and communicate effectively.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, manage supplies, prioritize patient needs, comply with policies, and pursue continuous education; embrace new responsibilities, provide suggestions, and collaborate during examinations; demonstrate punctuality, participate in meetings, and adhere to attendance guidelines.
  • Support all Union Hospital Medical Group Radiology locations.
  • Work hours may vary.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an A.M.A.-approved Radiology technical training program.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse individuals.
  • Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule based on departmental requirements.
Licensure/Certification:
  • Must possess licensure from the ISDOH and ARRT.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or eligible for registration.
  • CPR certification is required.
