Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently perform procedures, adapt to changes, and manage tasks effectively.
  • Exhibit proficiency in patient positioning, equipment calibration, image processing, and patient history documentation.
  • Demonstrate technical skills, adhere to safety protocols, and engage in continuous education.
  • Maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
  • Oversee equipment and supplies, prioritize patient needs, comply with policies, and pursue ongoing education; embrace new responsibilities, contribute suggestions, and collaborate during examinations; demonstrate punctuality, participate in meetings, and adhere to attendance policies.
  • Provide coverage across all Union Hospital Medical Group Radiology locations.
  • Work hours may vary.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an A.M.A.-approved Radiology technical training program.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse populations.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule based on departmental requirements.
Licensure/Certification:
  • Must hold licensure from the ISDOH and ARRT.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or eligible for registration.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
