  • Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, utilizing expertise to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems run at optimal levels.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and utilize technical documents and work packages to streamline processes.
  • Schedule and report on customer and management interactions.
  • Connect and troubleshoot HVAC components, including motors, compressors, and temperature controls.
  • Accurately document inspection results, test findings, and repair recommendations.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior personnel, working with minimal supervision when required.
Requirements
  • High School or GED graduate required.
  • Universal EPA Certification preferred.
  • Five years of experience in HVAC maintenance or a related field.
  • Completion of an apprentice program or military equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Pass background screening for TWIC and DBIDS access.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite programs.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
