Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our property's grounds and common areas, completing work orders in a timely manner, and providing excellent customer service to our residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the property's facilities are in good working condition
- Complete make readies and other tasks as assigned by the manager
- Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
- Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- Valid Driver's license is required
- EPA HVAC certified preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
