Position Overview: Vocational Manager
Integrated Life Choices is seeking a committed and experienced individual to take on the role of Vocational Manager. This position is essential for managing staff and vocational initiatives aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing staff and daily operations at the vocational facility
- Creating and implementing programs tailored for individuals receiving assistance
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to program standards
- Instructing essential life and vocational skills
- Engaging in staffing and Individualized Program Plan (IPP) meetings
- Delivering direct support within the vocational environment to empower individuals to lead meaningful lives

Qualifications for Applicants:
- A Bachelor's degree in a Human Services discipline, accompanied by a minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, or a comparable combination of education and experience
- Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Applicants must be at least 19 years of age
- Successful completion of background checks, including DMV, Colorado Adult, and Child Protective Services Central Registry, as well as criminal history checks and reference verification
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail in documentation, effective staff supervision skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a readiness to work weekends as part of an on-call rotation.
Compensation: $24.04 per hour
