Qualifications for Applicants:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a Human Services discipline, accompanied by a minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, or a comparable combination of education and experience
  • Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Applicants must be at least 19 years of age
  • Successful completion of background checks, including DMV, Colorado Adult, and Child Protective Services Central Registry, as well as criminal history checks and reference verification

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail in documentation, effective staff supervision skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a readiness to work weekends as part of an on-call rotation.

Compensation: $24.04 per hour
