Job Summary

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly qualified Substance Use Disorder Program Director to oversee a multidisciplinary team in a correctional facility setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, or a related field, and a Delaware clinical license. A minimum of five years' experience leading a substance use disorder treatment program is required, with administrative duties and direct responsibility for oversight of the program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects, providing clinical skills such as prioritizing treatment needs, crisis management, and brief clinical interventions. Excellent documentation skills are essential. The Substance Use Disorder Program Director will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide a proactive and collaborative approach in serving the patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a multidisciplinary team to provide substance use disorder treatment services
  • Plan and implement program goals and objectives
  • Provide clinical skills such as prioritizing treatment needs, crisis management, and brief clinical interventions
  • Ensure excellent documentation skills

Requirements:
