About the Role
We are seeking a Lifestyle 360 Director to join our organization. The Lifestyle 360 program is a comprehensive activities initiative designed for seniors, based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs and the five dimensions of wellness: physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual.

Key Responsibilities
The Lifestyle 360 Director will:

  • Plan, organize, and execute a dynamic, evidence-based activity program that captivates residents and integrates the Five Dimensions of Wellness:
    • Emotional Dimension: 5 days per week
    • Intellectual Dimension: 7 days per week
    • Physical Dimension: 7 days per week
    • Social Dimension: 7 days per week
    • Spiritual Dimension: 3 days per week
  • Manage project timelines and schedules for resident activities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate outings that align with resident interests, as identified by the 360 Associate team.
  • Transport residents to and from scheduled events using community vehicles as necessary.

Communication
Develop and maintain a detailed monthly calendar of events for the community, ensuring it is professionally displayed on a community bulletin board. Collaborate with marketing, food service, administrative, and other departments to guarantee high-quality resident programming.

Qualifications
Experience & Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in human services or recreational therapy is preferred.
  • State licensure or registration, if applicable.
  • Eligibility for state certification as an activity director is preferred.
  • Valid state Driver's License or Chauffeur's license as required.
  • First Aid Certification is desired.
  • Experience working in a group setting with older adults is preferred.
  • Proficient in personal computer and relevant software applications.
