Responsibilities will include taking on clinical leadership roles, assuming relief charge duties, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans. You will also be expected to participate in educational programs, read current literature, and attend meetings and workshops to enhance your professional growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you will need a nationally accredited nursing graduate degree and be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Professional Rescuer within 30 days of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required within six months, while Basic Arrhythmia Certification is necessary within one year.

The estimated salary for this role is around $87,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
