Clinical Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our Inpatient Department at the University of New Mexico Hospitals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and direct nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and other documentation as required by regulatory agencies and hospital policies.
- Participate in educational programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance professional growth and development.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- A strong understanding of nursing principles, practices, and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish or Native American language proficiency is an asset.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
