About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Caregiving Professional to join our team at Lancesoft Inc. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing top-notch care to patients in an inpatient/acute care setting.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of experience in inpatient/acute care, with a strong focus on teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability. A previous travel assignment of at least 13 weeks is required, along with two years of current experience in the specialty.

Shifts will vary, with possible start times as early as 8am, and may fluctuate to meet department staffing needs. Weekday shifts and rotating weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are expected to float within the facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of their permanent assigned location.

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience with EPIC is mandatory. Orientation will take place during the first week of the contract, not exceeding 40 total hours, and will include comprehensive training on EPIC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient/acute care setting
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Floating to various departments and locations as needed
  • Utilize EPIC EMR system to document patient information and coordinate care

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
