Blew & Associates, P.A. is a leading national land surveying, engineering, and environmental firm with a rich history of delivering exceptional services to clients across the country. We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Crew Chief to join our team in the Tampa, Florida region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data to ensure project completion, including locating boundaries, pins, improvements, and utilities.
  • Perform quality control checks on survey deliverables and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, and communicate daily with field teams to confirm progress.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief or equivalent role.
  • Strong understanding of surveying concepts and practices, including proficiency in the use of survey equipment and software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CAD software, specifically Carlson AutoCAD, is a plus but not required.
