Financial Operations Manager

**Job Summary:**

Hospital Central Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee all financial functions and ensure compliance with regulations. This role is responsible for supporting the effectiveness of the quality system and ensuring the organization's financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Regulatory Compliance:**
    • Review and ensure compliance with FDA, AABB, and other regulations.
  • **Quality Assurance:**
    • Perform QA review on validations and write SOPs.
  • **Training and Development:**
    • Train new employees and provide other training as requested.
  • **Internal Auditing and Safety:**
    • Perform internal auditing and blood center safety duties.
  • **Quality Management System:**
    • Administer the Quality Management System and manage records and labels.

Requirements:

  • **Technical Skills:**
    • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • **Soft Skills:**
    • Detail-Oriented.
    • Possesses excellent communication skills, including technical writing and oral communication.
  • **Education and Experience:**
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • In lieu of education, 2 years of experience in a blood center or regulated industry.
