Position: Concessions Bartender

Department: Food & Beverage

Reporting To: Food & Beverage Supervisor and/or Director of Events and Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests and addressing inquiries regarding products and pricing.
  • Efficiently process patron orders while maintaining accuracy and speed.
  • Handle transactions (cash or card) and ensure proper management of cash received.
  • For select events, assist in delivering orders to premium seating areas or VIP sections.
  • Qualified team members will prepare basic mixed drinks, serve wine, and pour beer, while adhering to alcohol regulations including verifying IDs and monitoring consumption.
  • Adhere to sanitation protocols during food and beverage preparation.
  • Assist in setting up concession stands, managing inventory, and reporting shortages to management.
  • Perform cleaning duties post-shift to maintain a sanitized and organized concession area.
  • Maintain records of cash transactions against food and beverage sales.
  • Regularly clean and maintain food preparation equipment.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Food & Beverage Department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in food and beverage service.
  • Proficiency in using basic technology such as tablets and Point of Sale systems.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 25 pounds.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum age of 16 years; high school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Preferred qualifications include age 18 or older, TIPS certification, and experience in drink mixing.

Job Type: Part-time

Compensation: $75.00 per day

Schedule: Night shifts and weekend availability

Supplemental Pay: Tips

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred); Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred); Bartending: 1 year (Preferred); Food handling: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: TIPS (Preferred); Bartender License (Preferred)
