We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer service orders and complaints in accordance with established guidelines
  • Establish payment arrangements and plans to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Issue letters of credit, duplicate bills, and other pertinent documents as needed
  • Promote new customer programs to enhance the customer experience
  • Refer customers with credit problems to utility assistance organizations
  • Issue reconnects relative to special payment circumstances
  • Provide backup support to cashiers as needed
Requirements
  • Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma
  • Minimum of three (3) years of office/business experience providing customer-centric service
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
