Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our operations team and drive business success. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and steering operations to meet targets and objectives, while ensuring compliance with policies, managing business performance, and maintaining safety and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the CSC planning strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and customer requirements
  • Manage business performance, including economic and operating metrics, to ensure efficient and timely corrective actions
  • Optimize processes and resources to improve productivity and quality
  • Initiate and control continuous optimization of processes to drive business improvement
  • Ensure clear communication and close cooperation with all relevant internal and external interfaces
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Five to seven years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of managing multiple departments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
