About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our lift operations team as a Lift Operator. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our guests across our mountain terrain. In this role, you will work closely with the Lift Maintenance department to learn the proper operation of lift equipment and develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Lift Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Continuously monitoring the safety of passengers while providing instruction and customer service in the safe loading and unloading of lifts.
  • Operating the lift to ensure that optimal chair capacity is achieved as determined by Lift Operations guidelines and performance reporting.
  • Notifying maintenance/dispatch of repair or maintenance needs.
Must be able to make quick decisions/use considerable judgment regarding safety as well as multitask and anticipate issues. Must be physically capable of assisting guests while loading lifts; may lift up to 40 lbs. Must be able to stand outside in a mountain environment for long periods of time.
