Job OverviewPosition: Manufacturing Operations Clerk

Role Summary:

Oversee the production order initiation process utilizing the organization's digital platform, ensuring timely procurement of materials essential for the manufacturing workflow.


Compensation:
$21 to $24 per hour based on experience. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Release Management:

Employ the system (SAP) to manage the release of production orders in alignment with the manufacturing schedule, ensuring compliance with the planned timeline.


Inventory Control:
Sustain precise inventory records within the system (SAP) to facilitate effective inventory oversight.

Label Preparation for Finished Goods:

Develop labels for completed products in accordance with the Production, Packaging, and Export Programs to guarantee accurate identification and traceability.


  • Log-sheet Generation: Create log-sheets (production orders) necessary for the manufacturing of products.

Finalization of Production Orders:
Conclude production orders in the system (SAP) to ensure readiness for distribution.

Candidate Profile:

Education: Degree in Systems Technology or a related discipline.

Language Proficiency: Must possess proficiency in English.

Experience: At least 2 years in a comparable position within the chemical and/or blending sector.

Essential Knowledge:
  • Expertise in systems management, particularly SAP.
