Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator - Room Assignment Specialist with Holland America/Princess Alaska-Yukon Land Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our room assignment process. This is a seasonal, full-time position located at the Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge, where you will work on-site to provide excellent customer service to our guests and support our teams in delivering a safe and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate room assignments to meet guest needs and preferences
- Work closely with our teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Participate in our sustainability program, 'Sustain Alaska & the Yukon', to reduce waste and promote environmental awareness
- Contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment
