About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Performance Auditor to join our team at McConnell Jones. As a key member of our strategy and operations consulting team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with diverse industries and clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvement recommendations to enhance client performance.
  • Conduct process walkthroughs, benchmark processes against industry best practices, and perform gap analyses.
  • Communicate solutions effectively through proficient writing and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance auditing, consulting, and external client interactions.
  • Minimum 6 years of demonstrated consulting experience, including performance auditing, across diverse industries.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving tangible business results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
  • Public sector experience.
  • Performance auditing experience.
  • Project management experience a plus, but not required.
