Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits, identifying and defining issues, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes and procedures.
  • Review and compose summary memos, and prepare work papers to support audit findings.
  • Develop recommendations for improving internal controls, operating efficiency, automation of controls, and record-keeping practices.
  • Communicate audit results and consulting projects to senior IA professionals and management in a timely and effective manner.
  • Extract and analyze data to identify deficiencies or non-compliance with laws or internal procedures.
  • Utilize analytical methods to detect potential anomalies in data or areas for process improvement.
  • Support audit requests, including compiling documentation and reviewing for completeness.
  • Develop and maintain productive team-oriented relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Internal Audit or External Audit in Financial Services.
  • General knowledge of Internal Audit Standards and COSO Framework; working knowledge of ICFR/SOX is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and evaluate information and propose next steps to action.
