Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

Blankenship Equipment Repair is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment yard, offices, and homes on the property.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct repairs and replacements of equipment and machinery as needed.
  • Inspect and maintain facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Perform quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems, and generator.
  • Identify and report safety and security issues to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
