Job Description

We are seeking motivated Production Line Workers to join a leading manufacturer of aerosol cans for home care, automotive, and repellant products. Our products are used by top companies like 3M and Energizer. In this role, you will operate production equipment, perform visual inspections and quality checks, manage raw materials, and maintain accurate production records. The goal is to promote our production line workers to machine operating roles, which come with increased pay.

Hard Skills
  • 6 months+ of manufacturing experience
  • Operating production equipment such as aerosol filling machines, labelers, and conveyor systems
  • Performing visual inspections and quality checks
  • Managing raw materials (aerosol cans, valves, tips, caps, and shipping cartons)
  • Maintaining accurate production records
Soft Skills
  • Willingness to grow within the company
Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Edgerton, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:30/3:30pm (depends on the production line)2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30pm-1:00am ($2 shift premium)*Overtime may be required depending on production needs*
