Primary Care Physician Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Medical Director to lead our primary care team at UMMA Community Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented physician leader to make a difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to our mission of promoting health equity.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
- Leading the primary care team and providing guidance and support
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and evaluating program effectiveness
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience as a physician, preferably in a leadership capacity
- An active, unrestricted California medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in your specialty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
