The Physician Empire seeks a Primary Care Physician to join our team in the heart of California's Central Valley. Our 100-year-old hospital is strategically located, providing easy access to major cities like San Francisco and Monterey.
About the OpportunityThis full-time position offers a stable and secure work environment with shared expenses among physicians. Each provider has their own medical assistant, and we maintain a 4:1 physician-to-medical-assistant ratio. Our practice boasts four physicians with a combined 156 years of experience and a strong track record of longevity, with one physician having completed 39 years of service.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a primary care physician, you will be responsible for managing patient health through general appointments, newborn care, vaccinations, complete physicals, and chronic condition management. You will also have the opportunity to engage in skin care, including acne treatment and removal of skin lesions, as well as utilize on-site digital x-rays for arthritis and fracture detection.
Requirements- Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Physician
- EMR-Emergency Medicine Documentation (EMD)
We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual income of $250,000, based on national averages for primary care physicians in California. Additionally, our physicians enjoy a unique benefits package, including:
- Four days of work followed by one day off
- Shared call with other physicians in the group
- No requirement to work weekends or evenings
