Primary Care Physician

Physician Empire is seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine physician to join their team in South Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional looking to make a meaningful difference in the community while enjoying a great work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in outpatient settings and be comfortable with Electronic Health Records (EHRs). The practice uses EPIC, with patient portal access and i2i tracks patient registry, e-consult. The patient base ranges from adolescents to geriatric patients, requiring a comprehensive approach to care.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position with a static schedule, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. The working hours are 8:30 am to 6 pm, with occasional weekend shifts. There is no on-call requirement, allowing for a good balance between work and personal life.
The successful candidate will join a well-established group of healthcare professionals, including PCP providers, psychiatrists, therapists, and dentists. The team serves a diverse population, providing high-quality care and promoting health education. As a primary care physician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, conducting routine check-ups, and managing chronic conditions.
Compensation and Benefits:
Physician Empire offers a competitive salary, ranging from $200,000 to over $300,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, there is potential for bonuses based on performance. A signing bonus and relocation assistance are also available to support the transition to this new role. Comprehensive benefits include medical and dental insurance for employees and their families, as well as retirement plan options. Malpractice coverage is provided, and licensure reimbursement is available to support ongoing professional development.
