Job Description:

Southcoast Health is a leading healthcare provider in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead - Service Center to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service to Southcoast patients and providers.
  • Resolve issues and deliver accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Supervise Service Center staff and ensure they have necessary tools and resources.
  • Identify and resolve service barriers with partner departments as needed.
  • Hire and train new staff, monitor their progress, and provide ongoing coaching opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Analytical and supervisory skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Three to five years of customer service experience required.
  • Minimum one year of prior Team Lead or coaching experience required.
