About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our IT Application Engineering team at Verily. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing technical architecture, developing and implementing solutions that span multiple platforms, and ensuring the delivery of highly secure solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem at Verily.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and other business teams and IT team members.
  • Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a solution to support key business unit stakeholders.
  • Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews.
  • Design, build, and test scalable enhancements such as custom objects, alerts, page layouts, and more within Salesforce.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer working in a scalable environment with 2+ years of experience with Apex, Lightning development, ideally as part of a Lightning migration along with hands-on experience with Salesforce sales cloud and/or service cloud.
  • Experienced in building integrations with Rest API, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs.
  • Thorough understanding of salesforce system limits to build at scale.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence a large organization and grow within a team.
