Role Overview: Technical Solutions Analyst
The Technical Solutions Analyst position is essential for delivering outstanding support and service to our clientele. We seek a technically adept individual who upholds the highest standards of precision and quality in alignment with established protocols and technologies. This role is part of a collaborative team comprising software engineers, sales, marketing, and implementation experts, all working together to ensure client success, including support for internal teams. The ideal candidate will implement technical solutions to support our DESTINI Suite of Products, possessing the ability to grasp the overall vision while paying attention to intricate details. A strong commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes, problem-solving, and maintaining ownership of cases is essential, along with proactive client communication until resolution is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate genuine concern for the success of clients and team members.
- Exhibit a passion for client support, seeking innovative solutions to their challenges.
- Become familiar with training, tools, and processes within the first three months, actively supporting clients shortly thereafter.
- Provide timely responses to incoming requests, prioritizing them effectively.
- Update content across various platforms to enhance client self-sufficiency.
- Utilize online and remote connectivity software proficiently.
- Possess knowledge of servers, Azure, AWS, and MSQL databases as a plus.
- Analyze large data sets using SQL or application-specific query tools.
- Understand business analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Dev Express, or Crystal reporting.
30-60-90 Day Plan:
Within 30 Days:
- Complete onboarding process.
- Meet with management to establish objectives for the upcoming weeks.
- Familiarize with departmental processes and systems.
- Shadow team members to learn workflows.
- Initiate application training.
- Learn frequently asked questions to begin addressing basic inquiries.
Within 60 Days:
- Continue shadowing team members and participate in support calls.
- Advance application training.
- Attend customer service and working session meetings.
- Begin tracking bugs and enhancement requests.
- Set up user environments (Hosted and On-Prem).
- Focus on a specific area of expertise.
Within 90 Days:
- Handle incoming tickets with minimal supervision.
- Complete any remaining application training.
- Schedule meetings with clients to address inquiries.
- Assume primary responsibilities in assigned areas.
- Review progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Establish ongoing objectives for success.
