Physical Therapist

CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Adams County Regional Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery of patients, providing expert care and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their physical abilities and limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific patient needs
- Conduct physical therapy sessions, using a variety of techniques and modalities to promote healing and recovery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
- Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Licensed, or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Ohio
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
