About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Adams County Regional Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and directing treatment for patients in the inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their physical abilities and limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the development of new programs and services
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical Therapy
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Licensed, or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Ohio
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
