Job Summary: As a Lead Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and supervising a team of Care Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and services to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead and supervise a team of Care Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Sunrise's policies and procedures, as well as relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing and activities, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to Care Managers to improve their performance and skills.

Requirements:

  • Medication Management Certificate required.
  • Previous experience working with seniors and a desire to serve and care for seniors.
  • Ability to read, write, communicate effectively with Care Managers, Community Managers, residents, and family members.
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills.
  • Competent in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and Sunrise applications with the ability to learn new applications.
