Job Title: Caregiver Lead

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

* Supervise a team of caregivers to ensure that residents receive high-quality care

* Ensure that all care is documented accurately and in a timely manner
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in a care-giving role preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and leadership skills
