The Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) is seeking a highly motivated engineer to join its Profile Tuning Suite (PTS) team as a Sr. Software Development Engineer II. As part of this team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of the next generation of software tools that enable compliance and interoperability testing of Bluetooth products.

This role requires a strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile development, Continuous Integration, and Test-Driven Development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive clarity and deliverables, leveraging your technical expertise to identify and prioritize projects, develop technical roadmaps, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Your exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex issues, and talent for developing effective solutions will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $154,600 - $165,600 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents, qualified high-deductible health plan/health savings account/FSA, employee assistance program, prescription drug benefits, AFLAC, long-term care reimbursement, WPFLM reimbursement, employer-paid short-term and long-term disability, employer-paid life and AD&D, 401(k) plan with company matching and no vesting period, net-employer 401(k) contribution, bi-annual bonus program, minimum 15 vacation days per year, 12 company holidays, personal volunteer time, and 20 days of maternity/paternity leave.
