Lead a Team of Therapists in Pediatric Care

We are seeking a dynamic RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a leader in pediatric care, you will be responsible for managing all clinical services provided to clients, as well as the education, training, and supervision of our nurses in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview, educate, train, and perform performance management of clinical team members
  • Client triage, including admissions, recertifications, and discharges
  • Collaborate with clients, Clinical Director, and other care team members to create high-quality individualized Plans of Care
  • Review documentation submissions for accuracy and quality
  • Conduct home and/or hospital visits

Requirements:

  • Active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a home health care setting leading or directing nursing visit care
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks of critical importance simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
