Acute Dialysis Nurse Specialist

Centro de Cuidado Renal-ELA LLC is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse. This is a full-time on-site position at our Los Angeles, CA based hospitals.
Job Responsibilities- Manage the care of patients undergoing dialysis treatment, monitoring patient's vitals before, during and after dialysis.
- Record accurate medical records and administer treatment as ordered by the physician.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and related health issues.
- Current California Registered Nursing License.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Experience in acute care setting, dialysis experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently while working effectively with a team.
- Excellent time management and priority setting skills.
- Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred, Associates Degree in Nursing required.
