Nurse - Dialysis Specialist

Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Registered Nurse - Dialysis position in the Los Angeles, CA area. We are seeking experienced nurses with a strong background in dialysis care to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute dialysis, catheter, graph, and fistula care, as well as hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in dialysis care
- RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of California
