A&P Mechanic Specialist

Position Title: A&P Mechanic
Department: Aircraft Maintenance
Supervisor: Line Station Managers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties are essential to the role:
- Perform scheduled maintenance checks in accordance with the General Maintenance Manual at intervals of no more than 50 flight hours.
- Execute all necessary aircraft servicing tasks, including but not limited to wheel and brake replacements, engine oil changes, and light bulb replacements.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical issues, ensuring all return-to-service documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Submit repair documentation to Maintenance Control upon completion of tasks.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Control, or direct supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in this position, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty effectively. A valid A&P license is mandatory, and prior experience with 747 aircraft is preferred. Necessary tools must be provided by the candidate.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A high school diploma is required; additional education or technical training is advantageous.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:
Candidates must possess the ability to read, write, and comprehend English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in drafting routine reports and correspondence is essential, along with the capability to provide verbal instructions to team members.

- Reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, talk, or hear, and manipulate tools or controls.

- Work at heights and in various weather conditions.
