About the Program

Our 12-month residency program is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to succeed as a registered nurse. Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and mentorship, you'll gain a solid foundation in nursing practice and be prepared to take on the challenges of a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What to Expect

As a RN Resident, you'll work closely with a team of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. You'll have the opportunity to develop your critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as learn from experienced mentors who will guide you every step of the way.

Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
