About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Program Director to join our team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a key member of our Graduate Medical Education (GME) leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting our well-established pediatric residency program.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative leadership and oversight to the pediatric residency program
  • Develop and implement program goals and objectives in alignment with institutional and departmental strategic plans
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a high-quality educational experience for residents
  • Manage program budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of funds
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, faculty, and hospital administrators
Requirements
  • Board certification in Pediatrics
  • Minimum of 3 years of faculty experience in an ACGME-accredited pediatric residency program
  • At least 3 years of GME administrative experience prior to appointment
  • Clinical component is flexible - inpatient or outpatient
  • Strong administrative and team-building skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
