Compensation:
$23-25 per hour

Working Hours:
M-F 8am-5pm (flexible schedule)

Key Responsibilities:
This pivotal role

involves

managing all front desk responsibilities, which include

delivering

outstanding customer service, processing patient check-ins and check-outs, managing appointment schedules, handling referrals, verifying insurance details, securing authorizations, and collecting payments.

Greet and welcome

patients

with warmth and professionalism.
Ensure

patients

are checked in and out efficiently, adhering to established policies and procedures, while confirming that all necessary documentation is

accurate

and complete.
Respond to phone inquiries

and

direct patients and visitors to the appropriate personnel or departments.
Accurately register patients and create their profiles within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
Effectively schedule appointments for both new and returning patients.
Perform routine administrative tasks promptly, including

preparing patient charts, verifying insurance, authorizations, data entry, and payment collection.
Complete opening and closing duties

and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Exhibit exceptional

Customer Service skills and uphold

HIPAA Compliance

at all times.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma is required.
Proficiency in MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry), and fundamental math skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette, a friendly demeanor, and strong customer service abilities are essential.
Prior experience in a similar capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
