Center Manager Therapist Leader

We are seeking a skilled Center Manager to lead our team of physical and occupational therapists. The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment, ensure clinical excellence, and manage daily operations to drive profitability and achieve strategic goals.
The center manager will split time between treating patients and managing the clinic, ensuring a seamless workflow and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a positive workplace culture to boost team morale and retention, resulting in increased job satisfaction and reduced turnover rates.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and maintain open communication channels with staff members.
- Assist in budget development and strategic planning, focusing on achieving referral and marketing goals, and analyze financial metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage physician, payer, and customer relationships, building strong partnerships and securing referrals to grow the business.
- Ensure profitability by interpreting financial metrics and addressing underperformance, making data-driven decisions to optimize clinic operations.
- Supervise clinical staff to ensure top-quality patient care and effective caseload management, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Oversee staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews, identifying areas for growth and development.
- Maintain a clean, professional clinic environment, adhering to state, federal, and company regulations.
- Adhere to all state, federal, and client-specific standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee files, certifications, and annual trainings, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conduct staff meetings, quality improvement programs, and compliance audits, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure facility safety and maintenance, including equipment calibration and OSHA compliance, to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to state practice guidelines and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Document patient progress, medical necessity, and treatment plans, ensuring clear communication with patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain open communication with patients, team members, and healthcare providers, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring seamless care transitions.
- Leadership and organizational skills, with experience in supervising teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and clinical decision-making, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel), with proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant software.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients as needed, with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.Estimated Salary Range:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
