- Assists management in developing staff schedules three weeks in advance, enabling employees to balance their personal commitments while ensuring adequate restaurant coverage.
- Occasionally responsible for opening and closing the establishment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in accordance with established protocols.
- Supports management in tracking inventory levels and ensuring proper stock availability.
- Conducts regular interactions with guests to guarantee that service standards are consistently met.
- Adheres to all organizational policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations as directed by management.
- Participates in the recruitment process, assisting with onboarding and completion of necessary documentation for new hires.
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear guidance to team members.

Education and Experience:
A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent four-year degree is preferred. One to three years of experience in a dining environment, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity, is preferred.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with both the public and staff; proficiency in reading and writing English; basic mathematical skills including addition, multiplication, subtraction, and percentages; sound decision-making abilities; capability to analyze data and derive conclusions; ability to maintain composure under pressure; and proficient computer skills with a willingness to learn new software applications.
