Position Overview: Clinical Supervisor for the Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team

As a vital member of our FACT Team, you will provide transformative care to a diverse population of adults facing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment and are dedicated to enhancing community-focused services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee a multidisciplinary team delivering personalized and community-oriented treatment and interventions.
  • Ensure adherence to internal, state, and federal regulations.
  • Utilize available data effectively to support the ongoing success of the FACT Program.
  • Propose proactive and insightful recommendations for process and quality enhancements.
  • Manage a demanding caseload while ensuring optimal staff time utilization based on their case management duties.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to recruit, staff, and retain committed team members.
  • Provide leadership focused on achieving results, enhancing performance, and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Set a standard for client-centered service within the community.
  • Maintain budgetary compliance and meet financial targets.
  • Exemplify the organization's values through integrity, compassion, collaboration, creativity, and resourcefulness.
  • Work collaboratively across various programs within the organization.
  • Advocate for clients to promote life-changing wellness through a proven treatment model.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field from an accredited institution = Required
  • Current Florida Licensed Mental Health Practitioner or scheduled exam within 6 months = Required
  • Preferred supervisory or management experience
  • Required knowledge in clinical care for adults with co-occurring substance use disorders
  • Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting = Required
  • Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record = Required
  • Ability to demonstrate sound clinical judgment and decisiveness = Required
  • Flexibility and availability to work after hours, including weekends, to ensure accountability = Required
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) = Required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Medical Records is strongly preferred
  • Compliance with all required trainings and immunizations = Required
  • Ability to pass a Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen, and Local Criminal Check = Required

LOGISTICS & COMPENSATION:

This is a Full-Time Salaried/Exempt Position.
