About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Architectural Project Manager to lead our architectural teams in delivering high-quality projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture required
  • 10 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects
  • 5 years of project/staff management experience
  • South Carolina Architectural license required; or NCARB certification to become licensed in SC
  • Commercial and/or K-12 project experience
  • Proficiency in Revit is required; AutoCAD is a plus
Responsibilities

The Executive Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Start-to-finish project management
  • Consulting with clients on interior design concepts and needs
  • Defining project requirements and developing design criteria
  • Scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and planning to complete projects
  • Leading cross-functional teams and ensuring quality documentation
