Route Sales Representative

**About the Role:**

The Route Sales Representative is a critical position at Frito-Lay, responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our extensive portfolio of products across various retail channels. As a key member of our team, you will drive our company truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

• To grow sales on the route by building strong relationships, optimizing in-store displays, and completing national initiatives

**Compensation Package:** We offer an estimated annual salary of $64,000, along with a range of benefits that include paid time off, healthcare benefits starting on day one (including dental and vision), and retirement savings options such as a 401(k) Plan with Company match.

**Requirements:*

• To be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state
• To frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations
• To pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
