Road Sales Specialist

Frito-Lay North America seeks a skilled Road Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for delivering and selling our diverse range of products to local stores across the region.

This is a full-time position that involves driving a Frito-Lay truck to various stores, working independently to unload orders, merchandising product, partnering with store managers to increase sales, ordering, and maintaining records throughout the day.

• To learn the basics of the role through four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our experienced team members.
• To run routes for other team members, gain experience in different stores, and meet new customers.
• To grow sales on your route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
• To attain a route with set days off/schedule and time.

• To have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
