Company Overview:
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist who will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of various properties, including landscaping, amenities, parking areas, and waste management.

Key Responsibilities:
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will carry out essential maintenance tasks, which include but are not limited to:
- Repairs
- Electrical work
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Landscaping
- Janitorial duties
These tasks will be performed under the supervision of seasoned maintenance professionals.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and be adept at managing work orders through technology. A background in maintenance is preferred, along with a willingness to work both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20 to $25 per hour.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Additional benefits include a cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

Candidate Requirements:
Applicants should have:
- At least one year of experience in a Maintenance Technician I role or two years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in property management for commercial or multi-family properties.
- Intermediate knowledge in landscaping, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation, and flooring installation and repair.
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment and safety protocols when handling chemicals.
- Reliable transportation for transporting necessary tools, including power washing equipment.
- Understanding of landlord/tenant laws, state and federal labor laws, and fair housing regulations.
