Department Overview:
The Office of Human Resources (HR) is dedicated to partnering strategically with the university community, offering innovative and effective human resources solutions.
Role Overview:
As an integral member of the Talent Acquisition Team, your primary responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service and operational assistance to candidates and university partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert guidance to hiring managers and HR partners regarding recruitment processes and systems.
2. Address candidate inquiries and execute essential routine transactions.
3. Develop and publish job postings based on approved position descriptions.
4. Oversee applicant progress, validate search records, and review employment offers.
5. Facilitate the hiring process for temporary employees.
6. Assist with various projects within the Talent Acquisition and Compensation Committee, focusing on recruitment initiatives.
7. Conduct research, compile reports, and create visual data representations to support project goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience; OR
- A Bachelor's degree coupled with one year of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within a Human Resources office or department.
- Background in project planning, either in a leading or supporting role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms, such as PageUp People or Banner.
FLSA Status: Exempt
