About the Role

As a Quality Control Lab Technician I at MANE USA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Test materials for both internal and external customers.
  • Inspect finished goods, work in process, and raw materials for general workmanship and tolerances per specifications.
  • Collaborate with production, planning, customer service, and other support groups.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a science-related field or Associate's Degree with equivalent experience in a laboratory or similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include paid holidays, annual year-end shutdown, 401(k) contributions, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, employee assistance programs, and more.
