Job Title: Impact Counselor Ambassador

Overview:

We are seeking a culture-minded Impact Counselor Ambassador, someone eager to interact with customers and build connections. The Impact Team is responsible for addressing customer concerns, answering their questions, reminding them of their why, which ultimately encourages the customer to attend their Impact Classes.

The estimated salary range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on national averages and comparable positions in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in proactive communication efforts through outbound and inbound calls, texts, and emails to promote Impact classes and assist in getting customers to their Impact Classes.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with customers to foster ongoing engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey, from pre-class inquiries to post-class support.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong, pleasant, and effective phone presence.
